Kristin Henden

Kristin Henden has extensive experience in healthcare management and patient advocacy, currently serving as the Clinic Manager at Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc. since May 2017. Previously, Kristin held the position of Docent Supervisor at Docent Health and worked as a Patient Advocate at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, where responsibilities included guiding patients through the medical system to enhance their care experience. Kristin also worked as a Customer Relations Coordinator at Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital, implementing patient satisfaction action plans. Earlier roles included Education Director at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital and Health/Disabilities Coordinator for the InterTribal Council of Nevada. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from California State University, Fresno, as well as certificates in Business Administration and Management.
