Montoya Warner Mays, MBA, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in learning and development roles in various companies within the insurance industry. At Community Health Choice, Montoya serves as the Senior Manager, Learning and Development, where they have developed an enterprise learning strategy and managed a $1M annual budget. Prior to that, at ACCC Insurance Company, Montoya was the Head of Learning and Development, overseeing training for over 2000 appointed independent agents and 500+ employees across six states. With a Bachelor's in Communication and Media Studies and an MBA, Montoya has also worked as an Insurance Instructor at Kaplan Professional and as a Claims Manager and Master Claim Representative at Nationwide Insurance.
