Tracey Centola-Saucier has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracey began their career at Health Net in 1999, where they held multiple roles. As a Sr Reimbursement Analyst in Healthcare Analysis, they performed cost analysis for reimbursement rates and supervised a team. Tracey then became a Project Manager in the Network Operations Department, leading implementations and managing vendor relationships. From 2002-2006, they served as the Manager of Configuration in Healthplan Operations, overseeing provider data management and implementing quality assurance programs.
In 2007, Tracey joined Health Net as the Director of Configuration in Healthplan Operations. In this role, they led the Configuration Department in designing, implementing, and maintaining benefit and pricing configuration tables, provider databases, and claim system edits. Tracey was responsible for benefit configuration for over 500,000 insured members and the data integrity of provider contracts and fee schedules.
In 2011, Tracey moved to Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. as the Director of Configuration. Tracey implemented and managed Medicaid member benefits, provider data maintenance, fee schedule development, and claim system configuration. Additionally, they oversaw the development and management of operational systems, ensuring data integrity and quality monitoring.
Recently, they assumed the role of Vice President of Operations at Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc., where they oversee the organization's operations, manages staff, and ensures goals and turnaround times are met.
