Jennifer Cyr

Jennifer Cyr, PharmD, MBA, DASPL, serves as the Pharmacy Director at Community Health Options, having transitioned through roles including Clinical Pharmacy Manager and Clinical Pharmacist since September 2019. Responsibilities include drafting clinical guidelines for Utilization Management, coordinating with Medical Directors, and engaging in Member outreach. Prior experience includes serving as a Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy, where therapeutic evaluations and patient follow-ups were prioritized, and as a Clinical Pharmacist at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, where collaboration on patient care plans with oncologists was key. Earlier, Jennifer held the position of Pharmacy Manager at Hannaford, overseeing pharmacy operations and personnel management. Currently pursuing an MBA in Health Care Administration at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Jennifer holds a PharmD from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
