Tom Duchesne

Tom Duchesne has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Tom currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Community Health Programs, Inc. In this role, they have overseen the operations of a Federally Qualified Health Center system with multiple practice locations. Previously, Tom worked at CVS Health as a Lead/Senior Director from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they held various managerial positions at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island from 2009 to 2019, including Managing Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office and Managing Director of Care Integration & Management.
