Currently serving as the Triage Center Manager at Community Health Resources since September 2022, Karlyn also holds the position of Conference Coordinator at Behavior Development Solutions®, where responsibilities include planning large-scale conferences and managing logistics for up to 5000 attendees. Previous roles include Senior Disability Case Manager at Lincoln Financial Group, supervising a team of case managers, and Disability Specialist at Liberty Mutual Insurance, focusing on Short Term Disability claims. Karlyn began a career as an IFP Therapist at Klingberg Family Center, emphasizing family support and intervention.
