Pam O'Rourke

Pam O'Rourke has extensive experience in healthcare management and risk management, currently serving as the SVP of Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance & Education at CHSGa since May 2017, following roles including SVP Compliance and SVP Clinical Practice. Prior to CHSGa, Pam held various leadership positions at Ethica from January 2011 to May 2017, including VP Patient Services, VP Clinical Services, and VP Resource Management. Pam's career in risk management began at Community Health Ventures and Community Health Systems, with significant contributions as VP Risk Management, and earlier roles at Integra Rehabilitation as Sr VP Operations. Pam O'Rourke holds an MSN in Nursing Administration- Health System Leadership from the University of West Georgia and a BSN in Nursing Science from Georgia Southwestern State University, along with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Georgia Southwestern College.
