Daniel Talbot

Daniel Talbot is a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Market Director of Provider Relations at Community Health Systems since October 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Director of Professional Outreach at Northwest Healthcare from November 2018 to October 2022. Daniel's experience also includes positions as a Physician Services Representative and Physical Therapy Technician at ProActive Physical Therapy between October 2014 and October 2018. Additionally, Daniel worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of Arizona while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiology from August 2010 to May 2014, during which time Daniel also gained experience as a Research and Development Associate at W. L. Gore & Associates in the summer of 2012.
