Tracie Chambers is an experienced pharmacy professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Pharmacy at Community Health Systems since January 2015, Tracie brings extensive leadership and expertise to the role. Prior to this position, Tracie held the title of Director of Pharmacy at Memorial Hospital of Salem County from October 1991 to May 2015, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to pharmaceutical care and hospital pharmacy management.
