Healthcare Practitioners

The Healthcare Practitioners team at Community Health Northwest Florida consists of Behavioral Health Therapists, General Pediatricians, Pediatric Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Family Nurse Practitioners. This multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive primary and preventive care, ensuring the physical and mental well-being of the community's medically needy, uninsured, underinsured, and working poor.
