Annie Cummings

Annie Cummings has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and education sectors. Annie worked at Community Healthcare Network, starting as a Social Work Intern in August 2008 and gradually advancing to various roles such as Social Worker, Senior Social Worker, Behavioral Health Manager, AVP of Health Homes and Care Coordination, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Population Health since July 2022. Previously, they also completed a Social Work Internship at Cristo Rey New York High School from August 2007 to June 2008.

Annie Cummings has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Fordham University.
