Community Healthcore
Christy Cravey, MS, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Quality Management at Community Healthcore, a position held since April 2011. In addition, Christy is a Project Evaluator for the SAMHSA expansion grant for the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic initiative and previously worked as the Integrated Health Outpatient Administrative Manager. Prior to Community Healthcore, Christy was employed at Good Shepherd Medical Center as a Patient Access Supervisor for outpatient and emergency departments after serving as the Environmental Services Supervisor. Christy Cravey is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership Studies at LSU Shreveport and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration as well as a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from LeTourneau University.

We are a community center that has been proudly providing mental health and behavioral health services to North East Texas residents for over 40 years. It is our honor and privilege to serve our communities that we call home. Our mission statement is: HELPING PEOPLE ACHIEVE DIGNITY, INDEPENDENCE & THEIR DREAMS. How do we strive to do this? -Serving as the mental health and intellectual disability governing authority for Bowie, Cass, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Panola, Red River, Rusk and Upshur counties. -Helping people and their families heal the consequences of mental illness. -Assisting people with an intellectual disability and their families achieve maximum independence in all aspects of their lives. -Providing programs and services in greater East Texas that help people lead lives free from addictions.
