Keith Kirbow is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and clinical leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services, FNP-C, and PMHNP-BC at Community Healthcore since April 2019, as well as a Nurse Practitioner at Titus Regional Medical Center since October 2018, Kirbow has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. Previously, Kirbow held the position of Chief Nursing Officer at CHRISTUS Health, overseeing a broad range of services including Emergency Services and Surgical Services while managing over 220 full-time equivalents. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Professional Practice at Good Shepherd Health System and Clinical Director, showcasing expertise in inpatient rehabilitation, cardiac services, and clinical informatics. Kirbow's education includes multiple advanced degrees in nursing administration, psychiatric mental health, and business administration, underscoring a comprehensive foundation in healthcare management and clinical practice.

How do we strive to do this? -Serving as the mental health and intellectual disability governing authority for Bowie, Cass, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Panola, Red River, Rusk and Upshur counties. -Helping people and their families heal the consequences of mental illness. -Assisting people with an intellectual disability and their families achieve maximum independence in all aspects of their lives. -Providing programs and services in greater East Texas that help people lead lives free from addictions.
