Nicole Willeford currently serves as an Enhanced Community Coordinator at Community Healthcore, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes working as a QIDP Surveyor for the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, where responsibilities involved conducting quality assurance and monitoring at intermediate care facilities. Nicole has also held roles as a Site Coordinator with Communities in Schools of East Texas, overseeing student needs and improvement plans, and as a Texas Works Advisor with the State of Texas-HHSC, determining eligibility for social services programs. Earlier career positions include serving as an Intake Specialist at Brighter Tomorrows and a Legal Assistant for David E. Moore. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Experimental Psychology and Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2002 and 2006.

How do we strive to do this? -Serving as the mental health and intellectual disability governing authority for Bowie, Cass, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Panola, Red River, Rusk and Upshur counties. -Helping people and their families heal the consequences of mental illness. -Assisting people with an intellectual disability and their families achieve maximum independence in all aspects of their lives. -Providing programs and services in greater East Texas that help people lead lives free from addictions.
