Katelyn Beamish

Katelyn Beamish currently holds the position of JV Badminton Coach and Mathematics Teacher at Community High School District 94 since July 2021. Katelyn is also a Golden Apple Scholar of Illinois with the Golden Apple Foundation, where a commitment to teaching in a school-of-need for a minimum of five years is paired with an extra 350 hours of clinical experience. Prior to this, Katelyn served as a Student Ambassador in the Office of Admissions at Benedictine University from June 2017 to June 2021. Katelyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a focus on Secondary Education and Teaching from Benedictine University in 2021 and is currently pursuing an endorsement in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor at National Louis University, expected to be completed in December 2023.
