Andrew Cummings

Andrew Cummings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system specialization and business intelligence. Currently serving as a System Specialist at CHATS - Community & Home Assistance to Seniors since August 2024, Andrew previously held various managerial and analytical roles at York Region, including Manager of Business Intelligence & Business Solutions from August 2014 to February 2024. Andrew's earlier experience includes a progression of positions at the Regional Municipality of York from 2008 to 2014, culminating in roles such as Program Manager, Process Design and Statistical Data Analyst. Prior work experience includes a tenure as Business Systems Analyst at MDS Analytical Technologies from 1996 to 2008. Andrew has pursued education in Health Information Management at McMaster University and Software Product Management at the University of Alberta, along with other studies at McMaster University and Seneca Polytechnic.
