Damaris Fuentes is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Community Hospice & Palliative Care since February 2020, responsibilities include managing benefits and workers' compensation. Previous roles include Human Resources Coordinator at Starlight Community Services, where support encompassed recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, as well as a Case Manager at Community Solutions for Children, Families, and Individuals, providing counseling and crisis intervention. Damaris also held significant HR roles as a Business Partner at EMQ FamiliesFirst and a Specialist at Valley Credit Union, with expertise in policy administration, employee recognition, and training. Damaris holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
