Jacob Nathai, MHA, PHR, is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and onboarding within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Community Hospice & Palliative Care since November 2020, Jacob focuses on employee recognition and supports Alivia Care, Inc. Previous roles include Human Resources Coordinator supporting multiple entities under Alivia Care, Inc., and Human Resources Specialist at Baptist Health. Jacob also contributed to Brooks Rehabilitation as a Human Resource Support Specialist and completed an internship in Employee Health. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration from the University of North Florida, as well as an Associate's degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
