Katie Baca

Katie Baca is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in workforce management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Workforce Management at Community Health System since November 2007, Katie provides strategic direction and oversight for centralized staffing, employee relations, and compliance with laws and regulations. Prior roles include Director of Workforce Management and Human Resources Business Partners at Community Medical Center, where oversight involved all HR operations for a large non-profit hospital. Additional experience includes leadership in corporate human resources, recruitment management, and key account management in various organizations. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management and is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix.
