Tiana Purvis

Tiana Purvis, MSW, LISW-S, serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Community Housing Network, a role assumed in June 2021, overseeing organizational stability through fiscal management and strategic planning during a leadership transition. Previously, Tiana held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the same organization, directing property management and supportive housing services for individuals with severe mental illness and substance misuse challenges. Tiana's extensive experience includes roles as Director of Resident Services at Community Properties of Ohio Management Services and Director of Housing at Equitas Health, where statewide housing programs were managed. As Associate Director at HelpLine of Delaware and Morrow Counties, Tiana led crisis intervention and prevention services. Tiana's career began at The Salvation Army, with roles ranging from Director of Operations to Human Trafficking Specialist, where Tiana was active in combatting human trafficking. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Iowa State University.
