The Housing and Real Estate Team at Community Housing Network is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing housing properties to provide safe and stable living environments for individuals struggling with mental illness, addiction, or homelessness. They collaborate to ensure these properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and integrated with supportive services to help residents rebuild their lives. This team also works on expanding the organization's housing portfolio and coordinating with partners to enhance community-based support systems.
