Lance Sutherland

Lance Sutherland, CPA, MBA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Community Housing Partners since October 2012. Sutherland has held various roles within the company, including Vice President of Accounting and Finance, Vice President of Accounting, Assistant Vice President of Accounting & Controller, and Controller of the Property Division. Prior to this, Sutherland worked at ITT Exelis as a Senior Accountant and at Community Housing Partners as a Corporate Staff Accountant. Early career experience includes a position as a Staff Accountant at Power Monitors Inc. Sutherland holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Radford University.
