Megan Davidson

Megan Davidson has over 13 years of experience in the development and management of affordable and community housing. Currently serving as the NSW State Manager at Community Housing Ltd since August 2021, Megan previously held the position of Assistant Director in the Specialist Markets Branch (Housing) at the National Disability Insurance Agency from September 2020 to July 2021. Prior roles at HousingFirst Ltd from 2013 to March 2020 included Company Secretary and various General Manager positions. Additionally, experience as Property Manager at Central Australian Affordable Housing Company Ltd focused on affordable housing for low-income households and indigenous communities. Earlier experience includes a decade at Community Housing Limited, progressing from Housing Manager to Development Manager. Megan holds a Postgraduate degree in Social Science with a focus on Housing and Human Environments from Swinburne University of Technology and a degree in Accounting & International Trade from Victoria University.
