Darren Critchlow is an experienced professional in real estate and finance, currently serving as Acquisitions Manager at Community HousingWorks since March 2023. Previously, Darren held the position of Transaction Manager at Westcore, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, and financing from July 2021 to December 2022. With a background that includes Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc., Darren specialized in demographic feasibility studies, entitlements, financial modeling, and design coordination for senior living and multifamily projects in the Great Lakes Region. Darren's experience also encompasses roles in finance and acquisitions at Pacifica Senior Living, and various positions in commercial real estate, including internships with Colliers-International and Jones Lang LaSalle. Academic qualifications include a double major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego, accompanied by additional certifications in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development.
