Jenilee C. is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in the real estate and housing sectors. Currently serving as VP of Finance & Accounting and previously as Controller at Community HousingWorks since August 2019, Jenilee has a proven track record in full-cycle monthly accounting, GAAP compliance, and budget preparation. Prior roles include Manager of Real Estate Accounting at San Diego Housing Commission, Controller at The Niki Group, and Senior Accountant at BioMed Realty Trust, where responsibilities encompassed variance analysis, lease reviews, and financial statement reconciliation. Jenilee's career began as a Staff Accountant at The Midtown Niki Group, with an educational foundation in accounting from San Diego State University.
