Gabe Marshall has held various roles in the care sector, starting with Barnardo's as a Service Administrator for CSE Project and Young Carer's. They then transitioned to Voyage Care Ltd, where they took on multiple positions including Branch Manager at various locations and Field Support Supervisor. Currently, they are serving as a Senior Quality Business Partner for Technology Enabled Care at Community Integrated Care.
