Tom Gibbs

Tom Gibbs is the Chief Financial Officer at Community Integrated Care, overseeing financial operations for one of the UK's largest adult social care charities since April 2024. Additionally, Tom serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Trussell Trust and has held the position of Finance Director at the National Trust from May 2023 to March 2024. Previous experience includes Director of Business Services at Barnardo's from January 2017 to May 2023, where leadership encompassed finance, people, property, and technology functions, and roles such as Director of Change Programmes and Director of Corporate Audit and Inspection. Tom's earlier career includes various positions at PwC from 2008 to 2016, including a senior manager seconded to the Cabinet Office, and an internship at Boolers. Tom holds a degree in Management Studies from Nottingham University Business School and is an ACA qualified accountant with ICAEW.
