Charles Morton

Charles Morton, PhD, is a Clinical Director and Partner at Community Integrated Services. Previously, Charles held positions such as Director of Education at New Haven Youth and Family Services, Manager/Director at MENTOR National, and Director of Special Education at New Braunfels Independent School District. Charles also has experience as a Psychologist/Teacher, teaching high school special education classes and providing assessment and consulting services. Charles holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University, along with a Master of Education in School Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
