Janell Franco - Featherstone

Janell Franco-Featherstone, LMHC, is an experienced Agency Administrator/Co-Owner who has been overseeing intensive support programs for sex offenders with mental illness and developmental disabilities since July 2003. With a background in psychology and counseling psychology, Janell has also held various roles such as Director of Residential Services and Program Manager in the past. Janell has a proven track record in developing and managing program policies, budgets, and treatment goals.
