Anthony Cappello

Anthony Cappello is an experienced Emotional Intelligence Coach and Job Coach with a focus on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Currently serving as an Emotional Intelligence Coach and Shadow Integration specialist at Heart Warrior Coaching since January 2016, Anthony emphasizes the importance of managing emotions for personal and professional growth. In parallel, Anthony has been a Job Coach at Community Integrated Services since March 2017, providing essential assistance to adults with developmental disabilities in their workplace. Previous roles include serving as a substitute teacher at Source4Teachers and as Direct Support Staff at Bancroft Neurohealth, where Anthony provided mentorship and caregiving to individuals with special needs. Education includes certification in Life Coaching and Emotional Intelligence Coaching from Express Coaching, along with degrees from Rutgers University – Camden and Camden County College in Computer Information Systems.
