James David Reeves is an experienced business development specialist currently serving as the Philly WINs Business Development Specialist at Community Integrated Services since April 2022. Previously, James held similar roles at Community Integrated Services from August 2019 to March 2020. James has a diverse background in management, having worked at Regal from July 2006 to July 2019 in various managerial positions, and at FYE! and Sam Goody Musicland in roles that included Training Store Manager and Store Manager. James began career within Regal Entertainment Group in 1999, advancing to Assistant Manager before pursuing higher education. James earned a Doctor of Law degree from Widener University School of Law between 1998 and 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University from 1994 to 1998.
