James Strauss

James Strauss has extensive experience in finance, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. James is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Community Interactions since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Vice President for Finance and Controller at Rider University from August 2022 to November 2023. From March 2021 to August 2022, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Northeast Treatment Centers.

Before that, James held the position of Vice President of Finance at Bancroft Neurohealth from March 2015 to March 2021. James also has experience at The Day & Zimmermann Group, where they served as the Vice President Finance and Treasurer from August 2006 to September 2014. James held other roles at the company, including Corporate Controller from April 2004 to August 2006 and Senior Financial Analyst from April 2002 to April 2004.

Furthermore, James worked at Epsilon Products Company as the Manager of Finance/Controller from July 2000 to March 2002. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Arkema Inc., including Senior Financial Analyst from June 1998 to July 2000, Senior Tax Accountant from September 1994 to June 1998, and Senior Internal Auditor from March 1991 to September 1994.

James'searlier experience includes working as a Staff Accountant at Voynow & Reid from July 1989 to March 1991. Overall, James Strauss has a breadth of experience in finance and has held key roles in various organizations throughout their career.

James Strauss has a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Saint Joseph's University. James also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the same university. Prior to their university studies, they attended Holy Cross High School. James also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, granted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
