James Dollison

James Dollison grew up in Pataskala, OH and now lives in Knoxville, TN. He joined Community IT in November 2022 as a Help Desk Analyst. In that role James assists clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

James attended South College in Knoxville TN and graduated in November 2020 with an Associates Degree in Network Administration & Security. Prior to joining Community IT, James worked at 21st Mortgage as a Help Desk Technician providing Corporate IT support to about 1200 end users.
