Eileen Simons

Eileen Simons is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and law, currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Community Legal Aid since February 2024. Prior to this role, Eileen held various positions at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, including Counsel and Senior Manager of Compliance, from March 2017 to November 2023. Eileen's experience also includes serving as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Compliance Associate at Athena Capital Advisors, and positions at Fidelity Investments, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, and the Superior Court of New Jersey. Eileen began the legal career as a Legal Assistant at Hale & Dorr. Eileen holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Brandeis University.
