Jeffrey Harvey

Jeffrey Harvey has extensive experience in both legal and military fields. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Program Officer, and Director of Operations at Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, Inc. since June 2015, Jeffrey has demonstrated strong leadership in the nonprofit sector. Concurrently, Jeffrey has held the position of Battalion Commander at 2-116 FA in the Florida Army National Guard since May 2018, and has been a Lieutenant Colonel in the Florida Army National Guard since December 2010. Prior positions include attorney roles at Vose Law Firm LLP and law clerk positions with the City of St. Petersburg and Leavengood & Nash. Jeffrey's military background includes serving as a Major in the US Army with the 101st Airborne Division. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Security Policy and Strategy from The United States Army War College, an MBA from American Military University, a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, and a Master's in Human Development and Leadership from Murray State University. Jeffrey also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Theology from Boston College.
