Kadeem Morris is a seasoned attorney with significant experience in housing law and tenant advocacy. Currently serving as Co-Managing Attorney and Divisional Supervising Attorney at Community Legal Services since July 2019, Kadeem oversees the Philadelphia Eviction Prevention Project and manages the implementation of Right to Counsel for tenants in Philadelphia. Previous roles include Supervising Attorney and Staff Attorney at Regional Housing Legal Services, where Kadeem focused on utility affordability for low-income Pennsylvanians, and a Certified Legal Intern at Community Law Clinic, providing representation in various legal matters. Kadeem also gained experience as a Summer Associate at the AIDS Law Project, a Legal Intern at the Pennsylvania Department of Education, and an IOLTA Fellow at MidPenn Legal Services.
