Celeste Fischer

Celeste Fischer is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) sector. Currently serving as a Marketing Manager at Community LIFE since July 2022, Celeste previously held the position of Director of National PACE Growth at ConcertoCare from March 2022 to September 2022. Celeste's earlier roles at Community LIFE included Marketing Manager and Operations Analyst at PACE Consulting Solutions-Senior LIFE of PA, where strategic solutions and procedures for decision-making were developed. Over the years, Celeste advanced through various positions in sales, marketing, and development from 2009 to 2018. Celeste holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from PennWest California and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Chatham University.
