Prior roles include Secretary for Physical Medicine & Rehab at James E VanZandt VA Medical Center from 2002 to 2005. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University Online (2008-2012) and an Associate Degree in Medical Secretarial Science from Altoona School of Commerce (1991-1993).
