Rebecca Sweeney Worsham is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Community LIFE since January 2025, Rebecca has previously held positions such as Senior Director of Human Resources and Employee Engagement at Familylinks, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC. With a strong foundation in human resources beginning as a Human Resources Specialist at the Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center, Rebecca has progressively advanced through roles including Senior HR Consultant at UPMC - Children's Community Pediatrics and Intensive Case Manager at Mercy Behavioral Health.
