Louise Combes

Louise Combes is a seasoned dramatherapist currently serving at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust since April 2021, specializing in providing support for individuals resistant to traditional talking therapies. With a rich background in the arts and therapy, Louise has held significant roles including Creative Supervisor at Contentment Embodied since September 2016, and previously as a Dramatherapist at Community Links until October 2023. Earlier experience includes a clinical academic training internship with Health Education England, development roles at M6 Theatre Company, and a therapeutic focus at Education Leeds. Louise has also contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives at the National Science and Media Museum and managed communications for Comic Relief, overseeing campaigns that addressed social justice issues.
