Courtney Busken is an experienced occupational therapist and business owner currently leading Occupational Therapy Innovations, LLC since October 2022. Courtney has been active as an occupational therapist at Encompass Health - The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis since January 2019 and has also served as SOAR Support Staff at Community Living, Inc. since May 2015. Prior experience includes a role as a cashier at Wind Ridge Farm from April 2013 to August 2014. Courtney holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Maryville University of Saint Louis (2016-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2013-2016), along with completing secondary education at Francis Howell High School (2009-2013).
