Sidak Singh

Sidak Singh is an experienced outreach worker currently employed at Community Living Alternative Services since February 2024, focusing on event planning and client support in accessing community resources. Previously, Sidak served as a Program Support Specialist at Better Living Foster Care & Family Services, where responsibilities included assessing child safety and planning interventions. An internship at The Sikh Coalition involved developing a Library Tool-Kit to advocate for Sikh book collections in public libraries. Sidak also worked as a Resident Mentor at North Carolina State University, contributing to team dynamics and effective communication, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant studying the effects of hypoxia on cancer cells. Other roles included a Rentals Assistant and an intern at the US Environmental Protection Agency, where data analysis skills were honed using technologies like ArcGIS and Excel. Sidak holds a B.S. in Sociology with a Minor in Statistics from North Carolina State University.
