Terry Lake

Terry Lake has been a member of the Community Living Cambridge Board of Directors since 2004 serving in multiple roles including Vice-President (2010-2012) and President (2012-2018). He's currently serving as Past President and as a Director on four committees: Executive, Nominations, Asset Leveraging, and Strategic Planning.

Terry has over 35 years of extensive Business experience. For 15 years he was the Owner and Operator of Auto Partsource Cambridge. In this role, he was also the Lead Trainer for new Auto Partsource franchisees across Canada where he coached and mentored new owners in all aspects of business operations. He also served as Chair of the National Franchisee Advisory Committee. Prior to that, he had 20 years of experience as General Manager/Store Manager of a number of Canadian Tires stores in Brantford, Niagara Falls, Welland, and Stoney Creek. he was a trainer for Canadian Tires’ “dealer-in-training” program where he coached new Canadian Tire dealer's in-store operations and “best practices” before they entered their first Canadian Tire stores.
