Andrew Fagan has extensive experience in leadership roles within the community services sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, previously as Chief Operating Officer, and as Director of Services and Community Partnerships at Community Living Central York since October 2017. Andrew has been an active Committee Member on the York Region Community Planning Committee since November 2017 and participated in the Local Case Resolution Committee from April 2018 to August 2022, along with a role in the Urgent Response Committee until August 2022. Prior to this, Andrew managed Residential and Day Services at New Leaf for over 17 years, overseeing a network of group homes and day programs. Educational qualifications include studies at Fanshawe College and George Brown College.
