Erica Ross

Erica Ross, CHRP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Community Living Central York since May 2023. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Human Resources Manager at the Indigenous Primary Health Care Council from August 2022 to May 2023. Erica's career at Community Living Central York began in November 2014 as a Human Resources Business Partner, following a tenure as Human Resources Associate at County of Simcoe from October 2011 to November 2014. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at March of Dimes Canada from June 2007 to October 2011. Erica Ross is a graduate of Centennial College.
