Jessica Walton

Jessica Walton currently serves as the Division Manager at Community Living Connections, Inc. since July 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing a division of individuals supported, developing support plans and rates, conducting assessments for new clients, and collaborating with support teams and funders. Jessica leads a team of Community Support Managers, providing guidance and maintaining schedules and caseloads. Prior experience includes roles as Community Support Manager at Hope Haven- Catholic Charities from June 2015 to July 2016, and various positions including Relief Staff and Intern at Madison School and Community Recreation from October 2014 to June 2015, where Jessica served as Safe Haven Program Leader. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Certificate in Supervisory Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
