Courtney Barton, CHRL, has a strong background in human resources management, spanning various organizations such as Community Living Hamilton, Legislative Assembly of Ontario, Ontario Health, Canadian Cancer Society, and Geneva Centre for Autism. With a degree in Business Administration Diploma with honors in Human Resources, Courtney has experience in overseeing HR functions, employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, disability management, and health and safety initiatives. Courtney has demonstrated leadership in managing HR teams while providing guidance to managers on employee-related issues to drive organizational goals.
