Molly’s career begin as a direct support professional (DSP) at the Harry Meyering Center in Minnesota. After moving to Kansas, she worked as a Dual Diagnosis Specialist with individuals who have I/DD and mental illness and taught pre-vocational skills to people with mental illness who wanted to become employed. At GoodLife, she started as a QLP Specialist, worked as the Training Coordinator and transitioned into Human Resources after 8 years. Molly has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
