Penny Oyer has extensive experience in regulatory audit and licensing within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Regulatory Audit & Licensing Manager at Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC since February 2014, Penny previously held the role of Licensing Manager at Residential Finance Corporation from October 2009 to February 2014. Earlier in Penny's career, from May 2006 to February 2009, a position as a Paralegal was held at Kephart Fisher LLC. Penny's educational background includes an Associate Degree in Sport and Exercise Studies, Massage Therapy, and a Paralegal Certification from Columbus State Community College, completed between 1996 and 2006.
