Katie Wiernek

Katie Wiernek is a skilled professional with extensive experience in community management and real estate. Currently serving as a Community Association Manager at Community Management Associates since February 2020, Katie previously worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from March 2016 to February 2020, where efforts focused on new business development and client relationships. Prior to this, Katie spent over seven years at Chapel Hill High School, teaching French and serving as the Department Chair for Foreign Languages. Katie's earlier roles included management positions at Keller Williams Realty and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, emphasizing customer service and guest relations.
